It all began on April 17, 1968,  when colorful and controversial owner Charles O Finley's Athletics played thier first home game in the Bay Area. Since then, the Oakland Coliseium has provided a stage for nine division  champions, six AL pennant winners and four World Chamoions.  Here, it's the summer of 1993 , the A's and Rangers tangling under sensational sunshine, and A's catcher Terry Steinbach is ready to take a rip.
